He is Shaik Imran, my boss, and founder of Digiframe Marketing Solutions Private Limited, a digital marketing company based in Guntur, India.
He came into my life in 2020. He hired me as a graphic designer then but he gave me wings and freedom to explore and broaden my skillset through various tasks and challenges.
Now I can design websites, manage social media, run online ads, deal with clients, edit videos, and a lot more. These are all just because of him.
It’s been almost three years working with him, but the time has come to say goodbye to him. This end of October is my last working day with Digiframe, it’s been a roller coaster ride, with a lot of ups and downs, but I learned a lot. I taught myself a lot during this period.
Even though I started my own agency while working in this organisation, he supported that. This was a two-person organisation. Just he and me. He brings the clients, I fulfil the work. It was an exciting journey till November 2022, and then in December, he had to leave to abroad for education purposes. Then I became alone here, dealing with everything, and getting depression-like situations.
Although I’m very good with money, due to some unforeseen circumstances, I fell into the trap of debt, which is a big amount for me. But somehow he still supported me from abroad and paid my salary on time. Although we fought a lot of times, he used to sort them out.
After a long notice period of 4 months, finally, October 31st is going to be my last working day here at Digiframe.
I have decided to go solo and work less. I want to do quality work, focusing more on health, family, and balanced life. Even if I get no freelance opportunities I am ready to start a remote job with a large company to understand the work culture and the processes and systems. it would be a lot more helpful and will be added as a big milestone for my profile and portfolio.
Again Imran sir, thanks a lot for giving me this opportunity, I’m really grateful for your continuous support throughout the journey, it means a lot.
Yours sincerely, Kailash Chandra Sahu.
