Understand your target audience and the geography they are living in. Research the competition there, and tune your offerings according to it.
In the beginning, you have to overdeliver and underprice your offerings, until your brand is well established and you are full of projects in your hands that you can afford more.
Then grow your pricing and offerings to scale it to the next level.
The last advice is to build a strong team. Teams are not made in heaven, they are built over some time. Do take care of them like your own family members.
