Graphic Design is dead for those who have never designed at least 100 graphics in their entire life, for those who don’t upskill themself, for those who don’t learn, relearn and unlearn, For those who sit in their air-conditioned studios and lecture about the graphic is dead after the evolution of AI.
Sometimes when I was stressed after my lot of design work. I sit and watch these videos and reels and laugh a lot because laughter is the best medicine. What a joke! isn’t it?
Have you seen any video or post of any graphic designer saying I lost my job due to AI? No right! AI is the best friend of a graphic designer than anybody else in the world. AI helps to complete the tasks in seconds. They are the truest friend of any graphic designer or creative professional.
With AI, a graphic designer can complete tasks like Generative fill, Generative image, or video instantly and can use it in his or her work and make it a lot better with more contrast than any other stock footage or images.
it’s the harsh truth and sad reality, Sad because many newcomers who are willing to come to the market, decide to quit after watching this kind of statements by so-called influencers whose main motto is just to publish those videos to gain more views and earn money because they lack any other skill.
They say that this person will lose his job after AI, and this industry will lose his job after AI, No. It’s not like that. AI and robots are made to make the digital work better.
Until or Unless the market and businesses are dead forever all over the world, Graphic Design will keep evolving and running and will be the bread & butter for all the graphic designers in the world.
Graphic designers are the ultimate need of the market. Any business will need its logo, brand guide, branding elements, social media creatives, brochures, pamphlets, flyers, billboards, OOHs, and Thumbnails for video promotions, and digital ad banners, can AI make them now in a storytelling way?
NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I’m a Google-certified UX Designer and graphic designer with 5+ years of experience, and I can assure you that AI can generate as of now as per your prompt but problem-solving design is not possible through AI as there are a lot of things to consider before exporting or publishing the final design from Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or InDesign or corel draw or whichever tool or software you are using the produce it.
Don’t get confused. Don’t get motivated or don’t get distracted by such comments videos or content because the world is still full of humans who don’t even have a larger internet penetration and some don’t know how to use modern-age devices like mobile devices or computers. So you need not to worry. Just do your work. Learn and Grow!
