I’m giving you a spoiler before starting my review for the movie Sing Geetham, As the name suggests, this whole movie is going to be like lyrical and singing style 98% of the movie, except for few minutes in the beginning and end of the movie.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Outstanding Movie with an innovative and new attempt, deserves a big appreciation and encouragement from the Telugu audience.
I know, There’s no big stars in it, no big budget high drama or high action sequences, But there’s honesty in this movie.
Every movie tells us a story, while most of them fails to deliver the message with lot many unnecessary diversions like glamour or songs, this movie has excelled it, remind with only songs and lyrics. the whole actors are only singing the whole movie.
The writing is brilliant, nobody can even dare to write such story in his or her wildest ever imagination. At least I’ve never seen such movie, except Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart [Hridayam]! Where you’ll see songs every 2 or 3 minutes.
But this movie is out and out dialogues, story and screenplay completely taken with songs only, which is strongly linked with the story itself.
The message is very big and relevant to today’s generation, let me give you second hint, it’s about mother nature.
And let me give you my third hint, there’s a big actor cameo too, but at the very end of the movie.
Absolutely crazy experiment by the Telugu Film Industry.
Here’s my take on this movie. We often praise the Malayalam film industry for its inventive cinematic experiments and for standing out from every other film industry in India, thanks to its creative storytelling and filmmaking standards.
Coming to Telugu, we rarely see such experiments, mostly action, love related movies have been in the making process.
We as an audience should encourage such honest attempts which deserves a chance, so that many such small experiments evolve gradually in the future.
A good movie, without any chilling experiences, or dopamine fluctuation, a good 2 hour entertainment along with a good positive message for us all, what else do we need from a movie in 2026?
I would like you all to go for this movie with your family and friends and accept this new experiment from our Telugu film industry, directed by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao.
