Social media is so toxic to start and end your day

social media is toxic

Social media is so toxic that it makes the start and end of your day and eventually making whole day bad along with your mood and emotions too.

Especially the platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube as well, make you feel very much stressed through the content you see, because in India social media is full negative, sad, stressful content, which make you stressed eventually.

Being happy is very easy nowadays, you don’t any therapist, or any comedy show, you just need to stay away from social media.

People suggest that you should avoid your smart phone, But I don’t believe in that, because in today’s digital world, Staying connected with a smart phone is very important.

Whether you have forgot your wallet, want to make your payment, then you can absolutely do that with UPI; If you are going somewhere and don’t know the direction, you can use google map to get the exact direction.

So, I don’t think that smart phone is so bad for humanity, but it’s just that, you shouldn’t be addicted to it.

Use it whenever you need it, and then just keep it aside or in your pocket.

Rest of the time, you can spend on watching a good movie, online tutorials, courses, reading good books which can motivate you and spread positivity, go to temple, have some good space of mind.

So, it’s high time, either you leave your social media addiction, or you just be prepared to face many worse consequences in the future.
